TIP #1 You may like to write up an address list in Xcell Include per column; Name, Address line 1, Address line 2, Town & Area Code, Country. This can be mailed merged into envelope labels and on your wedding stationery to save you time writing it all out by hand. It's also great if you have un tidy handwriting!

TIP #2 Consider an RSVP card To save paper and make it easier on guests, consider attaching a stamped response postcard to the invite with perforated edges so your guests can tear the card off and mail it - a small detail with big style. You also have an effective card system to manage your final guest list.

TIP #3 Include a map We can design location maps to suit the style of your invite, your guests will have no excuses for being late!

TIP #4 Give guests who are traveling plenty of time Six weeks before the date is the most common; eight weeks is ideal (ten weeks for guests coming from abroad). You have more leeway if you send save-the-date cards first.
